Return & Refund Policy

Original Artwork

  • Original artwork, hand-pulled prints, zines, and handmade goods are final sale. These are made by hand, one at a time, with intention. I don't accept returns or exchanges on original work.

Print-on-Demand Products

  • Apparel, stickers, and printed goods are fulfilled and shipped directly from Printful, my POD partner. This is a sustainable practice. Returns and exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  • If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll work with Printful to process your replacement or refund.

  • Size exchanges or buyer’s remorse returns are not supported by Printful at this time. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives late, please reach out right away. I’ll do my best to assist you in tracking the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.

How to Start a Return Request

  • Email jenijenkins@renegadebabe.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

  • If eligible, I’ll submit the claim with Printful on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
