Return & Refund Policy

Artwork

  • All art prints and original artwork are final sale and non-returnable. Each piece is made to order, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Apparel & Other Printful Products

  • Apparel and other merchandise are fulfilled and shipped directly from Printful. Returns and exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  • If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll work with Printful to process your replacement or refund.

  • Size exchanges or buyer’s remorse returns are not supported by Printful at this time. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives late, please reach out right away. I’ll do my best to assist you in tracking the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.

How to Start a Return Request

  • Email jenijenkins@renegadebabe.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

  • If eligible, I’ll submit the claim with Printful on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
