Return & Refund Policy
Artwork
All art prints and original artwork are final sale and non-returnable. Each piece is made to order, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
Apparel & Other Printful Products
Apparel and other merchandise are fulfilled and shipped directly from Printful. Returns and exchanges are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll work with Printful to process your replacement or refund.
Size exchanges or buyer’s remorse returns are not supported by Printful at this time. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or arrives late, please reach out right away. I’ll do my best to assist you in tracking the shipment or filing a claim with the carrier.
How to Start a Return Request
Email jenijenkins@renegadebabe.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
If eligible, I’ll submit the claim with Printful on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
